Pete Maysonet, RIAQM

Mr. Pete J. Maysonet has approximately two decades of Business Management and Development experience. Mr. Maysonet has explored and invested in industries including but not limited to Advertisement, Fashion, Entertainment, Construction, Financial Management, Real Estate and Food & Product Development. Mr. Maysonet is a seasoned Investor, Consultant and Entrepreneur who enjoys allowing his experience be an asset to his clients and business partners globally.
Dalcia Anaya
Corp. Business Manager
Ms. Dalcia Anaya has joined MCW Global Partners with over seven years of experience in Real Estate Management and Sales experience. Prior to joining MCW, Ms. Anaya held the role of Property Manager for a multi-state Real Estate organization, overseeing several developments in Atlanta Georgia which underwent a $40 million dollars renovation and complete lease up process. Prior to that, Ms. Anaya held roles of Office Manager, Recruitment Manager and Leasing Professional for national multifamily organizations. Ms. Anaya attended Kennesaw State University, where she earned her Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA, Business Administration and Management.
Juan Pardo, CPA
PardoCPA - Accountant
Mr. Juan Pardo partners with MCW Global Partners via his CPA firm Pardo CPA, offering oversight of our accounting processes and providing our team guidance and support in all aspects of accounting and financial management. Prior to starting his own CPA firm, Mr. Pardo held senior Accounting and Asset Management position with national and local Real Estate and financial institutions. Mr. Juan Pardo attended Florida International University, where he earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) International Business, Accounting and Business Management. Mr. Pardo also holds the designation of Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Florida.
Jennifer Doherty
Property Accountant
Ms. Jennifer Doherty has joined our Property Management accounting team in 2024, where she is responsible for the day-to-day bookkeeping of several assets in our portfolio. Prior to joining MCW, Ms. Doherty served as a bookkeeper in the fields of Property Management, Retail and HOA/CAM communities. Ms. Doherty graduated with her degree in Business Administration with a minor in Financial and Managerial Accounting from Hillsborough Community College, and is currently pursuing further education in Financial Management.
Jay Phoenix
Illustration & Design Asc.
Mr. Jay Phoenix is responsible for all of the Illustration and Design projects for MCW Global Partners and its affiliated groups. Mr. Phoenix comes to us with nearly a decade of experience in Art, Illustration, Animation and Design. Mr. Phoenix has provided Design and Illustration consulting services for several groups, businesses, and individuals. Mr. Phoenix attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where he earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts - BFA, Animation, Interactive Technology, Video Graphics and Special Effects.
Judith Celestine-Lynch
Compliance Manager
Ms. Judith Celestine-Lynch has joined our Property Management compliance team as the Compliance Manager. Ms. Celestine-Lynch is overseeing the day-to-day compliance overview of our Affordable Housing portfolio. Prior to joining MCW Global Partners, Ms. Celestine-Lynch owned and operated her own multi-state affordable compliance company, and prior to that she held the role of Compliance Auditor for one of the premier compliance companies for the State of Florida. Ms. Celestine-Lynch holds her COS and HCCP certifications.
Montravious Glover
Sr. Project Manager
Mr. Montravious Glover has approximately one decade of Property Management & Leasing experience and over five years of experience in Construction and Project Management. Prior to joining MCW Global Partners, Mr. Glover held the role of Senior Project Manager for a multi-state construction and renovation company. Mr. Glover has also held several management positions for Real Estate and Retail organizations. Mr. Glover is a proud Military Vet!
